Staff
cleaned East and West Main Street

Staff has
repaired a number of street lights

flags on fire hydrants

up speed bumps on Chesapeake, Lincoln and North

Water:

Rainbow Lake
is now about 12" below the spillway

The roughing
filters are now being backwashed twice per day
and the DE filters are being done once per week

Staff has
thoroughly cleaned the entire treatment plant
Water
production and consumption. We produced and
purchased an average of 317,179 gpd. We consumed
an average of 272,923 gpd
-
The
difference is "Backwash Water" ...(14.0%). We purchased
296,300 gals.
of water from MSM this month.

Staff is
continuing to operate the overland flow treatment
system

Staff has
thoroughly cleaned the entire control building

about 2.9 inches of precipitation this month (the
average is 3.6 inches)

We treated
an average of 388,000 gpd (consumed 272,923 gpd)
which means that 29.7% of the wastewater treated this
month was "wild water".

experienced no spill of untreated sewerage
during the month of October
